A behavior plan will be implemented as a result of a continuous failure to abide by the classroom rules. I will first meet with the principal and the school social worker to create an appropriate plan. As parent, you are more than welcome to participate in this meeting. In the behavior plan we will target the problem behavior and find a good replacement for that behavior. We will create some type of reward system for achieving targeted goals established by the student and I. Also, we will set a time frame to make sure that the plan is working. Myself, the parent, and the student will sign the contract to make sure we are all on the same page of what is expected from the student.
